The biggest downside was the strict 20-mile radius policy, which caught several guests off guard and left them scrambling for accommodations. I enjoyed my time here while visiting nearby attractions like the Hubert V. Simmons Museum of Negro Leagues Baseball. The hotel has a stylish design and is exceptionally clean. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare snacks. One thing I appreciated was the energetic staff at the breakfast bar who went out of their way to assist guests. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The fitness room offered great, new equipment, including Peloton bikes and a mirror workout system. I loved having free washers and dryers available, which looked brand new. Breakfast was quite good with ample options. However, there were issues with the front desk staff. At check-in, it took almost 20 minutes, and it felt like the staff needed more training. I had some trouble with WiFi connection, and the front desk went unanswered when I called multiple times. On the cleaning front, housekeeping did not come daily as expected, which was frustrating.
